• Previous experience as a Practice Manager or in a senior healthcare management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Good understanding of NHS Primary Care and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead service improvement and organisational change.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Previous experience within an NHS GP Practice.
• Experience with NHS contracts, CQC compliance and Primary Care Networks.
• Knowledge of GP practice finance and workforce planning.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Manager to lead the operational, financial and administrative functions of a busy NHS GP practice in Brighton & Hove.

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while supporting both clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient care. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving service improvement, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting the long-term success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the operational, financial and administrative management of the practice

Support and manage both clinical and non-clinical teams

Ensure compliance with NHS contractual, regulatory and governance requirements
