Flexzo Ai is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the operational, financial and administrative functions of a busy NHS GP practice in Brighton & Hove. This pivotal role ensures smooth day-to-day running, supporting clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient care and driving service improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Practice Manager or in a senior healthcare management role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing operational and financial performance.
• Good understanding of NHS Primary Care and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead service improvement and organisational change.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Previous experience within an NHS GP Practice.
• Experience with NHS contracts, CQC compliance and Primary Care Networks.
• Knowledge of GP practice finance and workforce planning.
