Job summary

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Lead Nurse / Advanced Practitioner to join a GP Practice in Brighton on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this role you will provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment, and lead the nursing and Healthcare Assistant workforce, while maintaining high clinical standards and promoting continuous professional development.

Locum applications will also be considered.

Qualifications

• Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) – essential.
• Minimum 2 years' experience within General Practice / Primary Care.
• Advanced clinical practice experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Salary: £54,140.87 per annum | Full-Time | Permanent Locum applications will also be considered

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Nurse / Advanced Practitioner to join a GP Practice in Brighton on a full-time, permanent basis. As Lead Nurse / Advanced Practitioner, you'll combine advanced clinical practice with visible, hands-on leadership . You'll be responsible for developing the nursing and Healthcare Assistant workforce, establishing high clinical standards and creating a culture where people are supported to learn, improve and deliver excellent patient care.
