Job summary

Confidential seeks a proactive PPM Planner to support scheduling and coordination of planned maintenance across a busy facilities management contract. This temp role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with pay rate £13.45 per hour and potential to go permanent.

You will develop and maintain PPM schedules, coordinate engineers, materials, permits and site access, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to specification.

• Strong coordination and multi-team communication.
• Attention to compliance and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PPM schedules and maintenance plans.
• Coordinate engineers, materials, permits and site access requirements.
• Monitor compliance, overdue works and maintenance backlogs.
• Liaise with operational teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and completion of maintenance documentation.
• Support planning reviews and drive continuous improvements in planning performance.
