Octavius Infrastructure Ltd in Reigate is seeking a proactive PPM Administrator to support planning, coordination and delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance across contracts.

You’ll manage data across systems, produce reports, liaise with suppliers and internal teams, and help develop our asset management approach. A willingness to learn and strong IT skills are essential; hybrid working and career development are offered.

Qualifikationen

• GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent.
• Solid IT skills with MS Office; ability to manage data accurately.
• Organised, proactive and able to work with multiple stakeholders.

• Support coordination and administration of PPM activities.
• Maintain data across systems and databases with accuracy.
• Produce reports, track progress and keep records up to date.
