Job summary

Environment Agency in Reading is seeking a Digital service specialist to lead ongoing service management for SEA Change, a Power Platform-based tool supporting P3M across the organisation. You will design live service processes, produce guidance and ensure user adoption.

Working with the Product Manager and developers, you will embed operational workflows, support arrangements and continuous improvement to deliver a reliable, user-centred digital service across directorates.

Qualifications

• Create internal workflows, guidance documents and training to support a digital service.
• Support products transitioning to live operation.
• Understand change management and knowledge management for a digital solution.
• Demonstrate strong customer management across seniority levels.

Responsibilities
