Environment Agency is seeking a Digital service specialist to lead the ongoing service management of SEA Change, a Power Platform-based tool supporting P3M. You will ensure a user-centred live service with robust guidance and support materials.

Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will embed operational processes, manage readiness, and drive continuous improvement as SEA Change evolves to enhance governance and reporting across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to create internal workflows, guidance documents and training.
• Experience supporting products or services transitioning into live operation.
• Understands change management and knowledge management for a digital solution.
• Excellent customer management across multiple seniority levels and strong communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead on service management of SEA Change and define live service processes.
• Develop service documentation, guidance and user materials.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, developers and project teams.
• Support readiness and transition of new functionality to live operation.
• Drive continuous improvement of the service as the product evolves.
