Job summary

Environment Agency is seeking a Digital service specialist to lead the ongoing service management of SEA Change, a Power Platform solution supporting the P3M capability. The role focuses on delivering a user-centered live service with robust service management, support arrangements and user guidance.

You will work with a cross-functional team to design operational processes, ensure service readiness for new functionality, and drive continuous improvement across directorates.

Qualifications

• Ability to create internal workflows, guidance documents and training to support effective management of a digital service.
• Experience supporting products or services transitioning into live operation.
• Understands user-facing technical issue resolution, change management and knowledge management processes for a digital solution.

Responsibilities

• Lead on ongoing service management of SEA Change, a Power Platform-based MVP evolved into next phase.
• Develop service documentation, guidance and support materials for new and existing functionality.
• Design and implement support and governance processes.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, training and user adoption activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of the service as the product evolves.
