Job summary

Environment Agency is seeking a Digital Service Specialist to lead the ongoing service management of SEA Change, a Power Platform-based tool supporting P3M governance across the organisation. You will ensure a live, user-centred service with strong service management processes and clear user guidance.

The role involves developing documentation, guidance and training materials, engaging stakeholders across directorates, and driving continuous improvement as the product evolves.

Qualifications

• Ability to create internal workflows, guidance documents and training to support effective management of a digital service.
• Experience supporting products or services transitioning into live operation.
• Understands user-facing technical issue resolution, change management and knowledge management processes for a digital solution.
• Excellent customer management skills across multiple seniority levels.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive improvement across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing service management of SEA Change to ensure a live, user-centred service.
• Develop service documentation, guidance and support materials for new and existing functionality.
• Design and implement support and governance processes; manage stakeholder engagement and training.
• Work with Product Manager, developers and project teams to embed operational processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement as the product evolves.
