Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Project Sales Engineer for Power Distribution in the UK. You will develop a sustainable pipeline of Low Voltage solutions for commercial buildings, partnering with UK/Ireland teams to drive growth in EV charging and energy storage.

Qualifications

• Business degree or higher education is required.
• Experience in B2B with contractors or specifiers in construction/tech.
• Sales planning/execution; CRM adoption (prefer Salesforce) and Power BI.
• Understanding of UK construction sector and power distribution solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure a profitable, sustainable pipeline of Low Voltage solutions.
• Collaborate with Ireland and UK teams and back-office for growth.
• Target customers: consultants, contractors, and panel builders.
• Deliver sales activity to targets via face-to-face or digital engagement.
• Drive sales efficiency using digital tools; own the sales drive.
• Grow EV charging and energy storage opportunities.
