Job summary

Eaton is seeking a driven sales professional to develop a profitable, sustainable pipeline for Low Voltage solutions in the UK. You will collaborate with Ireland and UK teams to grow business with consultants, contractors and panel builders while advancing EV charging and energy storage opportunities.

You will use CRM and Power BI to analyze activity, optimize engagement, and achieve annual targets in a dynamic, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with contractors or specifiers in construction or technology.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) and Power BI used in daily work.
• Understanding of UK construction sector and electrical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering a sustainable, profitable pipeline aligned with Eaton targets.
• Delivering sales activity with customers via face-to-face or digital engagement.
• Owning sales drive and efficiency through digital tools and CRM.
• Drove pull-based activities with contractors and consultants.
• Partner with panel builders to expand penetration and geographic coverage.
• Identify opportunities in EV charging and energy storage within energy systems.
