Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Remote Sales Executive to develop a profitable pipeline in the UK distribution channel across Low Voltage solutions and power management products. The role involves travel across the UK regions (roughly 25%), engaging with distributors, branch staff, and contractors to grow market share and achieve targets.

You will build account plans, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with UK business units and marketing to drive integrated sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience dealing with the electrical sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth with target accounts and exceed targets.
• Plan and execute account sales plans to generate enquiries and build pipeline.
• Maintain customer relationships through regular engagement and product updates.
• Provide CRM data insights in Salesforce.
• Identify and acquire new customers aligned to growth strategy.
• Cross-sell within Eaton to grow market share.
• Follow up on leads and support lead management.
• Develop account plans to maximise influence and opportunity.
• Collaborate across Eaton's UK sales group.
