Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Slough is seeking a proactive sales professional to build a profitable pipeline for Low Voltage solutions and EV charging infrastructure within the commercial buildings sector across the UK and Ireland.

You will engage contractors, consultants and panel builders, use Salesforce and Power BI, and collaborate with UK marketing to deliver growth, customer value and sustainable energy solutions. The role offers a clear path for internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Business degree or equivalent or further education.
• Experience in a B2B environment with contractors or specifiers.
• CRM adoption (prefer Salesforce) and Power BI experience.
• Understanding of the UK construction sector and electrical infrastructure.
• Strong customer relationship skills and a results focus.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering a sustainable, profitable pipeline in line with Eaton annual/quarterly targets.
• Delivering appropriate sales activity with customers via face-to-face or digital engagement.
• Owns sales drive and efficiency using digital tools.
• Drives pull-based activities with target customers (contractors and consultants).
• Panel builder partners: expanding penetration via partner programme, focusing on demand generation and geographic coverage.
• Energy transition: grow wallet by opportunities for EV charging and energy storage solutions.
• Work with units to execute projects within the UK commercial buildings strategy.
