Eaton Corporation is seeking a Project Sales Engineer for national scope in the UK. You will lead profitable pipeline development across LV/MV portfolios, building senior relationships with major contractors and end users, while providing technical guidance on MV power distribution solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Business degree or equivalent education required.
Experience in B2B sales with major contractors.
CRM adoption experience (Salesforce) and Power BI usage.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a sustainable, profitable pipeline aligned to growth targets.
Build executive-level relationships with contractors and end users to drive spec and conversion.
Deliver sales activity via face-to-face and digital engagement to drive pipeline.
Lead pull-based demand generation with target customers to grow pipeline.
Provide technical guidance on MV power distribution solutions.
Collaborate across units to maximize cross-selling and project execution.
