Job summary

Jobtailor in Leeds seeks a skilled HR Analytics/Reporting Analyst to lead People & Culture data reporting using Power BI. The role focuses on turning complex HR data into actionable insights for leadership.

You will partner with the Data Office, handle ad-hoc requests, and ensure board-level reporting is clear, credible, and data-driven. Experience in HR analytics and Workday is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR data and metrics across workforce, talent, reward, engagement and DE&I.
• Ability to translate data into decision-ready recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Experience in HR analytics or reporting in professional services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as People & Culture's first point of contact for day-to-day reporting and data queries.
• Respond to varied ad-hoc reporting requests from People & Culture leadership and teams.
• Use, adapt, and interpret existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Translate people data into clear, decision-ready narrative for People & Culture leadership.
• Liaise with the People Data Analyst and wider Data Office on underlying data or model changes.
• Escalate new data requirements, data quality issues, and definition gaps to the Data Office.
• Apply data classification and access control standards when handling sensitive People & Culture data.
• Build stakeholder confidence in People & Culture reporting through clear, consistent narrative.
• Help shape effective people reporting for the firm and ensure board-level reporting is clear, credible, and actionable.
