Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Experience with SQL or other query languages.
• Exposure to automation tools or AI-enabled reporting solutions.
• Experience with forecasting, trend analysis, or commercial reporting.
• Confident Excel user with experience working with large or complex data sets.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into clear, actionable insight to support better business decisions and performance.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, Excel reports, and forecasting models.
• Analyse trends across volumes, utilisation, customer behaviour, and operational performance.
• Support forecasting and forward-looking insight to help teams plan effectively.
• Deliver accurate reporting, MI, and ad hoc analysis for operational, finance, and leadership teams.
• Support strategic invoicing processes, including reconciliation, validation, and query resolution.
• Improve data quality, controls, and consistency across operational and financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline workflows, and reduce manual effort.
• Use digital tools and explore AI-enabled solutions to improve insight and efficiency.
• Support operational helpdesks and ensure reporting requests are handled accurately and on time.
• Help improve processes, reporting structures, and day-to-day operational workflows.
