Job summary

Noble Recruiting is seeking an HR Systems & Reporting Coordinator to optimise the HRIT system, collaborate with IT and People & Culture, and improve workflows, data quality and reporting. You will develop dashboards and automated reports to ensure reliable people data for operational and statutory needs.

The role focuses on system governance, KPI reporting, and process documentation, with opportunities to coach colleagues and shape HR data practices in a busy People and Culture function.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing Power BI reporting for HR datasets.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and data governance.
• CIPP Level 5 qualification or near completion.
• Experience creating bespoke reports from HRIT systems.
• Experience working with dashboards and BI tools to deliver actionable insights.
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead coordinator for the HRIT system including day-to-day administration.
• Produce KPI data and bespoke reports for People Business Partners.
• Develop dashboards and improve system workflows and automation.
• Ensure HRIT compliance with UK legal requirements and data protection.
• Create process documentation and train colleagues on reporting.
• Deliver audit recommendations within agreed time scales.
• Respond to queries and provide timely HR data for statutory reporting (ONS).
• Support HR transactional services and wider team projects.
