Job summary

Jobtailor in Leeds seeks a skilled HR Analytics/Reporting Analyst to lead People & Culture data reporting using Power BI. The role focuses on turning complex HR data into actionable insights for leadership.

You will partner with the Data Office, handle ad-hoc requests, and ensure board-level reporting is clear, credible, and data-driven. Experience in HR analytics and Workday is valued.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of HR data and metrics, including workforce, talent, reward, engagement, and DE&I
• Confident use of Power BI reports and dashboards
• Ability to navigate, adapt, and present from existing reports rather than build semantic models or pipelines from scratch
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate data into clear, decision-ready recommendations for non-technical audiences
• Ability to work at pace across concurrent ad-hoc requests and prioritise effectively
• Strong understanding of data protection and governance in an HR context
• Experience in an HR, People Analytics, or Reporting Analyst role is desirable
• Experience within professional services or a similarly matrixed organisation is desirable
• Hands-on experience with core HR systems, particularly Workday, is desirable
• Relevant professional qualification such as CIPD, or a professional qualification in data or analytics, is desirable
