Job summary

Noble Recruiting is seeking a HR Systems & Reporting Coordinator to lead the effective use of the HRIT system, collaborate with IT and People and Culture to improve workflows, reporting and data quality. The role develops dashboards and automated reports to ensure reliable people data for operational and statutory requirements.

The successful candidate will lead system administration, produce KPI data, train colleagues and deliver HRIT improvements while ensuring compliance with UK regulations

Qualifications

• Experience in developing Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and data quality controls.
• Ability to produce bespoke HR reports from IT systems.
• Experience with KPI reporting for People/HR teams.
• Proactive, accurate, and well organised with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordinator for the HRIT system and admin tasks.
• Develop KPI data and bespoke monthly HR reports.
• Design dashboards and automate workflows in HR systems.
• Ensure HRIT compliance with UK statutory requirements.
• Create training material and process documentation for teammates.
• Deliver audit recommendations within deadlines.
• Respond to HRIT queries and support managers with reporting.
• Provide data for statutory reporting including ONS surveys.
• Support HR operations and project work as needed.
