Job summary

Harnham in the United Kingdom is seeking a People Reporting Analyst in Oxfordshire on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a strong possibility of extension. You will deliver insights to senior stakeholders and improve workforce reporting across the business.

The role focuses on building Power BI dashboards, extracting and validating HR data from people systems, and collaborating with HRIS teams to improve data quality and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, or Workforce Analytics
• Advanced Power BI skills
• Experience using HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors or WorkDay)
• Ability to analyze, manipulate and interpret people data
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience improving data quality and reporting processes

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Extract, analyse, and validate HR data from people systems
• Investigate and resolve data quality and reporting issues
• Support reporting across recruitment, performance, learning and development, reward, and employee operations
• Work with People Systems teams on data improvements and new technology initiatives
• Support reporting for key business and HR projects
