Royal Mail is hiring a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) in Wolverhampton. Location: Walsall Delivery Office, WV1 1AA

Job type: Fixed Term contract (xx months) (amend/delete if not applicable)

Salary: £13.68 per hour* (paid monthly) + paid overtime available.

Working hours: 30:00 hours per week – working (X) days in 7 across Monday - Sunday – 8am/8pm*

You’ll work on a rotating shift schedule, including some weekends. Your rota will confirm your hours and delivery routes, which may vary based on demand.

You’ll be required to work Sundays at (location) Delivery Office.

What To Expect

This role is physically demanding and fast-paced:

• Walking long distances (up to 12 miles / 20,000+ steps)
• Driving a Royal Mail van daily

• Busy, time-pressured days, especially during peak periods

About You

We’ll provide full training, a uniform, and an iconic red van. You’ll need:
