Job summary

hyperexponential is seeking a Solution Architect to own the technical relationship with strategic customers and design bespoke integrations across a SaaS platform. You will translate complex environments into durable, scalable solutions, working at the intersection of technical depth and customer partnership.

You will contribute to reusable patterns, guide architecture decisions, and support delivery with a focus on measurable business value and successful post-sale outcomes.

Qualifications

• Able to code to a high standard using Python.
• Experience delivering SaaS platform integrations; AWS, SQL knowledge helpful.
• Built and maintained positive technical relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Communicated technical choices and delivery progress to non-technical stakeholders.
• Gained experience in a post-sale or customer-facing technical role.
• Used AI or automation tools to enhance quality, speed or consistency of work.
• Supported planning of project phases and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of strategic customers and ensure hx is embedded in each customer's ecosystem.
• Design and deliver bespoke integrations between hx and customer technologies (policy administration systems, data warehouses, BI tooling, identity providers).
• Develop value realization plans translating delivery into measurable business outcomes (faster quotes, fewer errors, better MI).
• Create AI-first consulting artefacts and reusable patterns for the SA toolkit.
• Support project margins by managing scope, surfacing risks early, and coordinating with success/delivery teams.
• Share patterns and help codify best practices as the SA function scales.
