Job summary

hyperexponential is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the Solutions team. You will translate complex customer needs into viable integration architectures and collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, and IT to connect hx with legacy systems.

You’ll own technical discovery, run POVs, guide RFP processes, and develop reusable assets that scale across deals. This role blends deep technical work with strategic engagement and exposure to leading insurers.

Qualifications

• Led technical solution design and integration for complex B2B or enterprise software opportunities.
• Run technical evaluations and POVs with multiple stakeholder groups (e.g. business, IT, security) in RFP/RFI processes.
• Designed and positioned solution architectures within known patterns (APIs, event-driven integrations, IAM).
• Built and delivered tailored Proofs of Concept or Proof of Value contributing to high-value accounts.
• Collaborated with Sales to align technical work with deal strategy and timing.

Responsibilities

• Translate prospect requirements and legacy constraints into integration approaches.
• Conduct technical discovery workshops with underwriters, actuaries, and IT stakeholders.
• Guide stakeholders through RFPs, RFIs, due diligence, and security reviews to move deals forward.
• Design, build, and present POV materials and demos of the hx agentic platform.
• Partner with Product Engineering as Customer Zero to test features and gather insights.
• Create reusable assets like reference architectures and demos that scale across deals.
