Job summary

Humaans in London is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to be the technical heartbeat of our enterprise sales motion. You’ll own the pre-sales thread, tailor Athena demos, and translate customer goals into scalable architectures and integrations.

You’ll lead architecture discussions, build proofs of value, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and travel across the US and Europe to win strategic deals. This role blends deep technical work with commercial outcomes, requiring strong executive

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in pre-sales or related technical SaaS roles.
• Discuss architecture and integrations beyond demos for customers.
• Strong executive presence with a credibility across C-suite stakeholders.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical solutions.
• Enterprise integration knowledge across APIs, SSO, MCP, data warehouse.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic systems.
• Willing to travel across US and Europe for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical thread across live enterprise deals with AEs and founders.
• Build tailored demos and proofs of value around real customer workflows and data.
• Lead architecture, integrations, security discussions and environmental fit.
• Assess feasibility in real time and scope required builds or adaptations.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, CTOs, AI leaders and CFOs across stakeholders.
• Create repeatable demo and enablement systems to empower the sales team.
• Feed learnings back to Product and Engineering to improve Athena.
• Shape Athena positioning as enterprise needs evolve, and travel for onsite meetings.
