Job summary

Humaans seeks an experienced AI Solutions Architect to be the technical heart of our enterprise sales motion. You’ll tailor Athena to customer use cases, build demos and proofs of value, and guide architecture, integrations, and security discussions with senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate across opportunities with the commercial team and founders, shaping how Athena is positioned as the category develops. This is an in-person role requiring travel to US and Europe.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in pre-sales, Solutions Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role within SaaS.
• The technical depth to discuss architecture, integrations and how a solution would work in a customer environment.
• Strong customer-facing credibility and executive presence with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A track record of turning ambiguous business requirements into clear technical solutions and ideas on the spot.
• Strong enterprise integration knowledge across APIs, SSO, MCP, data warehouse.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic systems, including prompt engineering and tool use.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical thread across live enterprise deals, partnering with AEs and founders to understand customer use cases and demonstrate Athena’s fit.
• Build tailored demos and proofs of value around real workflows, requirements and data.
• Lead technical conversations around architecture, integrations and security in the customer environment.
• Assess feasibility in real time and determine which integrations exist or need to be built.
• Collaborate with HR, IT Ops, CTOs, AI leaders and CFOs across stakeholders.
• Create repeatable demo, enablement and proof-of-value systems to boost the wider sales team.
• Convey learnings to Product and Engineering to improve the technology and support customers.
• Shape how Athena is positioned as enterprise needs evolve.
• Travel for onsite meetings and events across US and Europe.
