Job summary

Neural Concept in the UK seeks a Solutions Engineer who bridges engineering credibility and strategic influence. You translate a VP’s business challenge into a concrete AI solution and drive the full pre-sales motion from discovery to signed SOW, serving as the technical compass through the client lifecycle.

You collaborate with Sales and the Forward Deployed Engineering team to shape expansion opportunities, deliver tailored demos, and ensure adoption across engineers, managers and executives.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with CAD/CAE workflow understanding.
• Experience in a client-facing pre-sales or consulting role.
• Fluent English and strong communication.
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Position Neural Concept as a strategic partner across engineering teams, managers and VPs.
• Lead structured discovery sessions to identify impact areas and feasible use cases.
• Define the AI strategy and technical roadmap for each account.
• Create and deliver client-tailored demos and presentations aligned with client workflows.
• Co-own the Statement of Work with deep understanding of technical building blocks.
• Prepare and run Steering Committees linking engineering challenges to strategic outcomes.
• Drive user adoption across technical users, managers and designers.
• Identify upsell opportunities and shape them into proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering to ensure smooth transitions.
