CDW is seeking a Principal Solution Architect, AI to bridge customers, sales, and technical leadership. You will lead AI use-case positioning, develop offerings, and guide the AI strategy and governance for a diverse client base.

You will act as a subject-matter expert across GenAI, MLops, data pipelines, and deployment platforms, while mentoring the architect team and fostering innovation within the AI proposition.

Qualificações

• University or bachelor’s degree in AI or related field is desirable but not essential.
• AI use case identification and translation to deliverable outcomes that are commercially viable.
• Be viewed as expert in given field by coworkers, partners and customers.
• Channel experience with VAR/Vendor landscape is desirable.
• 5+ years of related experience is essential.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI).
• Experience with Private cloud platforms (HPE Private AI, Nvidia AI Enterprise, Dell AI Factories).
• Understanding of data engineering practices (ETL, data lakes, big data tools like Spark).
• Knowledge of designing scalable, distributed systems.
• Familiarity with model lifecycle management and MLOps practices.
• Ability to align AI initiatives with business outcomes to develop effective use cases and help drive AI Strategies.
• Experience in pre-sales engagements and client-facing interactions.
• Passionate about technology and able to demonstrate depth of expertise in core areas like Hybrid Infrastructure, Cloud, Workspace and Security.

Responsabilidades

• Position CDW Custom AI capabilities – Engage with all Customer AI personas (technical, outcome-driven, ITDMs).
• Technical SME on CDW Custom AI – Maintain expert level knowledge and skills through use case research and training.
• Technical Conduit – Link between CDW Solution Sales Specialists, Partner BDMs and platform architects.
• Build and Execute AI Use Case Demos – Provide customer-facing demos for Generative AI, MLOps, Data Pipelines.
• Architect end-to-end AI systems – Integrate data pipelines, ML models, and deployment platforms.
• Offering Development – Contribute to creation, launch, and ongoing development of new offerings.
• AI Technology Leadership – Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and trends.
• Multi-technology – Lead complex engagements across Hybrid Platforms, Modern Workspace, Security and Services.
• Independent technology viewpoint – Provide independent views to customers.
• Sales Engagement – Support the Sales team in breaking into high-value new accounts.
• Team Development – Support development of the wider Solution Sales team.
• Customer Opportunities – Qualify opportunities and design solutions using CDW stack.
• Documentation – Produce high-quality solution designs and RFP responses.
• CDW Evangelist – Drive evangelism of CDW capabilities to customers.
