Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI pre-sales architect to help large enterprises understand Claude's value and design scalable deployments. You will work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to guide customers from discovery to deployment, translating needs into architecture and evaluating Claude in real-world use cases.

You will advise on integration patterns, create tailored technical content, and collaborate with executives and engineers to maximize safety and reliability of AI systems.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including executives.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and Python familiarity.

• Partner with account executives to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Serve as primary technical advisor through discovery, evaluation and deployment.
• Support customers using Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create technical content for engineering teams and business leaders.
• Guide architectural decisions and integration into existing stacks.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude performance for use cases.
• Identify common integration patterns and feedback to Product/Engineering teams.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites for workshops and deep dives.
