You will work with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams at mid-market and enterprise companies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.
Strong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and micro services.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives.
Experience working with enterprise customers or complex technical environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect.
Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products.
Background working with enterprise SaaS or developer tooling.
Experience helping companies modernize engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

Advise enterprise customers evaluating the company on technical architecture and implementation.
Lead technical discussions covering software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
Run proofs-of-concept and demonstrate measurable business impact.
Guide customers through integrating the company into their existing development environments.
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights.
Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
Drive post-sale adoption and expansion across teams and products.
Serve as the technical conduit between the company’s CTO, AI Engineering team, and customer teams.
