In this hands-on role, you’ll resolve warranty and aftercare cases, coordinate with Technical and Logistics teams, and maintain accurate case records while upholding our customer-first standards. English and German fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, after-sales, or support.
• Proactive, ownership mindset.
• Experience with CRM or case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound contact in German and English for after-sales support.
• Manage warranty claims, spare parts, and aftercare cases.
• Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to resolve issues.
• Log and track case details accurately.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback for process improvement.
