Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in Northampton invites applications for a Post Completion Assistant to support our Residential Conveyancing Team. This busy, fast-paced role focuses on post completion tasks to ensure timely file closure and high service levels for clients.

You will handle SDLT submissions, registrations, lender portal checks, Land Registry updates, and diary management using our Case Management system, while maintaining a professional, organised approach under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Post completion responsibilities including SDLT applications and registrations.
• Comply with lender portal requirements and respond to Land Registry requisitions.
• Ensure scheduling and file closure procedures are followed in a busy environment.
• Attend to clients, agents, solicitors, intermediaries for updates and advice.
• Prepare work for Conveyancing fee earners and manage tasks/diary in Case Management system.
• Update Land Registry and lender portals; schedule deeds to clients/lenders; handle general admin duties.
