Responsibilities

• Submit SDLT applications and registrations post completion, and ensure lender portal compliance.
• Answer Land Registry requisitions and manage scheduling and file closure procedures.
• Attend to clients, agents, solicitors and third parties to provide updates on post-completion matters.
• Prepare work for Conveyancing fee earners on post-completion tasks.
• Utilise Case Management system to manage tasks and diary entries.
• Update Land Registry and lender online portals and schedule deeds to clients/lenders.
• Carry out filing and general administrative duties.
