Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a post completion role within Residential Conveyancing.

Responsibilities

• Post completion duties: SDLT submissions, registrations, and updating Land Registry entries.
• Ensure lender portal requirements are met and case management tasks are updated.
• Schedule deeds to clients and lenders; file closure procedures are followed.
• Provide updates to clients, estate agents, solicitors, intermediaries and other third parties as needed.
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and a methodical approach under deadlines.
