Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group is seeking a Project Manager for the Waitrose operational team to own POS and digital screen briefs from briefing through final delivery. You will manage client relationships, oversee timings and approvals, and ensure deliverables meet SLAs and are tracked accurately.

Key duties include logging briefs, managing production timelines, coordinating with agencies and internal teams, and delivering high-quality output on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience leading POS and print production projects from brief to delivery.
• Strong client communication and ability to manage expectations.
• Proven ability to log, track and report project data accurately.
• Fluency with Excel/Drive tools and project management systems.
• Ability to work with internal teams, suppliers and agencies to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as main client POC for brief ownership and status updates.
• Manage briefs from development through production and delivery.
• Log briefs and deliverables in Storyteq/Media Centre and Monday boards.
• Create and manage critical path dates with the client and team.
• Oversee full print production processes in line with ITG standards.
• Provide invoicing updates, WIP data and supplier management.
• Capture approvals and amendments clearly before production.
• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to SLAs.
• Develop guidelines for branches to ensure correct implementation.
