Job summary

JinxApply is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead POS and in-store communications for major retail clients. You will own POS briefs from conception to in-store delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and tight timelines.

The role requires 5+ years in POS/in-store production, strong stakeholder management, and a commitment to quality. Hybrid working with flexible tooling like Monday/Asana is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of POS and in-store communications production experience.
• Agency background in advertising, marketing, or retail-focused creative agency preferred.
• Proven print production, supplier management, and retail compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary client contact for briefs and delivery of POS in-store execution.
• Establish CPAs and communicate timelines, milestones and dependencies.
• Run progress meetings with clients, artworkers and production partners.
• Log briefs into tracking systems and document approvals.
• Monitor project health and flag risks to the Senior Delivery Manager.
