Job summary

HH Global Group in London is seeking an Account Executive to manage client projects across Print, Direct Mail, POSM, and related spend areas. You will liaise with suppliers, collect briefs, and drive timely delivery against client expectations.

You will translate briefs into actionable plans, coordinate with suppliers, monitor timelines, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure on-spec, on-time outcomes.

Qualifications

• Print or Direct Mail experience with client-facing / focused experience.
• Numerate with a commercial bias / understanding and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail plus developed time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal, written + presentation.
• M365 capability especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint + Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across Print, Direct Mail and POSM projects from brief to delivery.
• Take clear client briefs, manage timelines, and keep projects moving smoothly.
• Attend briefings and status calls to stay aligned with client needs.
• Suggest smart alternatives, innovations, and value-adding ideas.
• Brief suppliers and oversee production to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain strong communication with the account team and clients throughout.
• Manage scope changes, highlight cost impacts early, and ensure correct invoicing.
• Track and record all activity using the required tools and processes.
• Review completed projects to drive continuous improvement with clients and suppliers.
• Ensure invoicing procedures are followed / on time, raising purchase orders, monitoring deliveries and creating, checking + distributing various internal and client reports.
