Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking a Project Manager for the Waitrose operational team. You will own POS and digital screen briefs from briefing to delivery, manage client relationships, and ensure deliverables meet SLA timelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with client teams, tracking work in Storyteq/Media Centre, and ensuring accurate invoicing and reporting. The role blends project leadership with print production oversight and internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage briefs from development to delivery.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder liaison.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to SLAs.
• Fluent in Excel and Google Drive applications.

Responsibilities

• Main client POC for brief ownership.
• Keeps client informed of project status and risks.
• Manages timings, approvals, and SLAs with stakeholders.
• Oversees print production and cost management.
• Tracks campaigns using Storyteq/Media Centre and Monday boards.
