Inspired Thinking Group seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to own POS and in-store communications for major retail clients. You will drive briefs from concept to in-store execution, coordinating timelines, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier campaigns.

You will manage end-to-end POS production, liaise with printers and suppliers, and ensure compliance with brand standards and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in POS and in-store communications production.
• Agency background (advertising, marketing, or retail-focused) preferred.
• Proven expertise in print production, supplier management, and retail compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated line management experience and ability to develop and mentor teams.
• Strong project management and planning skills; proficiency with workflow and task management tools (Monday, Asana, or similar).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in client-facing interactions.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a relentless focus on quality, accuracy, and brand/regulatory compliance.
• Advanced Excel and Google Drive skills; comfort with data analysis and reporting.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent briefing, commissioning, proofreading, and editing skills; commitment to best-practice processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build collaborative relationships across creative, operational, and client teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary point of contact for briefs, managing client relationships from briefing through in-store delivery.
• Establish CPAs and communicate timelines, milestones, and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Lead regular progress meetings with clients, artworkers, and production partners; escalate risks proactively.
• Interrogate briefs with clients and production partners to clarify requirements before production.
• Manage the complete POS production lifecycle from design handoff to in-store delivery.
• Coordinate with printers and suppliers, managing quotes, timelines and quality standards.
• Log briefs and deliverables for audit trails and reporting.
• Document and track client approvals; maintain sign-off records.
• Monitor project health, flag delays, resource constraints and quality concerns.
