Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead POS and in-store communications for major retail clients. You will own POS briefs end-to-end, coordinating design handoff, print specs, approvals, production, and in-store delivery, while managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

The role requires 5+ years in POS and in-store production, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in POS and in-store communications production
• Strong understanding of print production and supplier management
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Meticulous attention to detail with focus on quality and regulatory compliance
• Advanced Excel and Google Drive skills with data analysis experience
• Experience with agency/broadcast workflows and cross-functional teams
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset managing multiple workstreams

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned briefs, managing client relationships from briefing to in-store delivery
• Establish CPAs and communicate timelines, milestones and dependencies with stakeholders
• Lead regular progress meetings with clients, artworkers and production partners and escalate risks
