Job summary

The Recruitment Orchard is partnering with an established integrated creative production business in Cardiff to recruit a Client Services Manager. You will own your clients and their projects, taking briefs, quoting work, coordinating production, and ensuring a brilliant delivery.

You will connect the client, studio, production, logistics and external suppliers—keeping everyone informed and every job moving. Experience in print, POS, or retail graphics is essential.

Qualifications

If you know print, love clients and can keep multiple projects moving without dropping the ball, this roll is worth a look.

I'm partnering with an established integrated creative production business that turns ambitious brand ideas into physical reality – across large-format print, retail POS, fabrication, exhibitions, events, logistics and installation.

They work with major brands and agency partners, managing projects from initial brief and artwork right through to production, fulfilment and installation.

And they're looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to sit right at the heart of that process.

This isn't a traditional account management role.

You'll own your clients and their projects – taking a brief, understanding exactly what needs to happen, quoting the work, coordinating production, managing suppliers and timelines, solving problems and making sure everything gets delivered brilliantly.

You'll be the person connecting the client, studio, production, logistics and external suppliers – keeping everyone informed and every job moving.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and building strong, proactive relationships

What I'm looking for:

You’ll already have experience within print, POS, retail graphics, creative production, print management or marketing services and, importantly, you’ll understand print production.

You might currently be a Client Services Manager, Account Manager, Senior Account Executive or Project Manager – the title matters far less than your ability to manage clients and get complex print projects delivered.

Experience with large-format print, retail POS, Tharstern or another print MIS would be particularly useful.
