Rolls-Royce is seeking a Portfolio Executive to lead the Manufacturing Operations portfolio from the Derby or Bristol site, reporting to the Senior Leadership Team. The role focuses on integrating strategy, delivery and investment decisions into a coherent forward plan while balancing affordability and risk.

You will coordinate governance across Engineering, Finance, Procurement and Programme teams, optimise benefits realisation and ensure robust controls and delivery disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Manufacturing Operations portfolio, integrating strategy, delivery, affordability, risk and investment decisions into a coherent plan.
• Own the Engineering Spend and Capital budgets for Manufacturing Operations, ensuring governance and executive approval.
• Drive portfolio governance and prioritisation, balancing capacity, resources, funding and risk.
• Provide executive-level insight on capital investment, engineering spends, resource demand and benefits realisation.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Finance, Procurement and Programme teams to align plans and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain an enterprise-wide view of risks and ensure portfolio interventions support delivery commitments.
