Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to join the Manufacturing IT Solutions team in Derby. This hybrid role requires presence on site at least three days a week and reports to the VP of Manufacturing IT Solutions.

You will lead delivery across an established portfolio of Manufacturing IT projects, coordinating plans, dependencies and resources. You will manage a team of Project Managers and collaborate with business colleagues to ensure delivery remains focused on

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering projects, programmes or portfolios in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading delivery teams including Project Managers, Business Analysts, Test Leads or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of portfolio delivery, prioritisation, dependencies, resource planning, risk and benefits tracking.
• Knowledge of project reporting practices and delivery tools.
• Experience working with a PPMO or equivalent function to support reporting and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear, integrated view of the Manufacturing IT Solutions portfolio with priorities, milestones and benefits.
• Actively manage dependencies between projects, roadmaps, teams and suppliers to keep delivery moving.
• Ensure the portfolio remains coordinated, on track and focused on business outcomes.
• Lead, develop and coach a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Test Leads.
• Align demand, roadmaps and resourcing with manufacturing needs and strategic objectives.
• Provide portfolio reporting and performance insight, escalating risks and delivery issues as needed.
• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ecosystem partners to resolve delivery challenges.
