Job summary

Rolls-Royce is hiring a Project Delivery Manager in Derby to lead the Manufacturing IT Solutions portfolio and deliver a strategic five-year plan across global plants. You will coordinate delivery with ET&S Portfolio Manager, partners and suppliers to realise business outcomes.

You will manage dependencies, balance resources and drive momentum toward outcomes while reporting progress through the PPMO cadence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering projects, programmes or portfolios in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead delivery teams including Project Managers, Business Analysts and Test Leads.
• Strong understanding of portfolio delivery, prioritisation, dependency management and benefits tracking.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated view of the Manufacturing IT Solutions portfolio with priorities, milestones, benefits and risks.
• Actively manage dependencies between projects, roadmaps and resource plans to keep delivery moving.
• Lead and coach a team of Project Managers and ensure delivery remains focused on commitments and measurable outcomes.
• Provide portfolio reporting and escalate risks and delivery issues as needed.
