Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Chief of Product Industrialisation to join the Manufacturing Engineering Industrialisation Team in Derby or Bristol. This senior leadership role reports to the Head of Manufacturing Engineering – ET&S and focuses on delivering scalable production systems for new and evolving products.

You will translate product requirements into integrated industrial solutions, overseeing design, process flow, automation, layout, simulation and investment to meet rate, quality, cost

Qualifications

• Experience leading industrialisation for high-rate production.
• Strong background in factory design and production systems.
• Experience with automation and major industrial investment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end industrial concept for new products and evolving products, ensuring HS&E compliance and optimising flow, capacity and cost.
• Lead factory design, layout, material flow and infrastructure, integrating automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Validate capacity and resources using modelling and simulation to support industrial investment decisions.
• Develop enterprise Industrial Engineering capability and common methods, standards and tools.
