Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a Chief of Product Industrialisation to lead the design, development and industrialisation of production systems in Derby or Bristol. This senior leadership role reports to the Head of Manufacturing Engineering – ET&S and focuses on delivering high-rate, high-quality aerospace production capabilities.

Qualifications

Engineering qualification in a relevant field (UK minimum BEng) or equivalent.
Experience in industrial engineering and production-system design.
Experience in high-rate, highly regulated manufacturing environments; aerospace context preferred.

Responsibilities

Design safe, scalable production systems for new and evolving products.
Lead factory design, layout, and automation integration.
Use modelling and simulation to validate capacity and investments.
Translate product definitions into enterprise-level industrial decisions.
