Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Derby is looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead delivery across a portfolio of Manufacturing IT projects within the Manufacturing IT Solutions team. You will report to the VP of Manufacturing IT Solutions and guide delivery through a coordinated portfolio.

You will manage dependencies, align roadmaps with manufacturing needs, coach a team of PMs and analysts, and provide disciplined portfolio reporting to ensure measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering projects, programmes or portfolios in a complex environment.
• Experience leading and developing delivery teams, including Project Managers, Business Analysts and Test Leads.
• Strong understanding of portfolio delivery, prioritisation, dependency management, and benefits tracking.
• Knowledge of project and programme delivery tools, methods and reporting practices.
• Experience working with a PPMO or equivalent function to support reporting and escalation.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated view of the Manufacturing IT Solutions portfolio with priorities, milestones and benefits.
• Actively manage dependencies between projects, roadmaps, teams and suppliers to maintain momentum.
• Lead, develop and coach a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Test Leads.
• Provide clear portfolio reporting and escalate risks and delivery issues at the right time.
