Rolls-Royce is seeking a Portfolio Executive to lead the Manufacturing Operations portfolio from Derby or Bristol on a hybrid basis (3 days on site). In this senior role you will align strategy with delivery, manage capital budgets, and drive governance across multiple functions to optimise value delivery.

• Own the Engineering Spend and Capital budgets across the 5YP and planning cycles.
• Drive portfolio governance and prioritisation, balancing capacity, funding and risk.
• Provide executive-level insight on capital investment, spending and benefits realisation.
