Rolls-Royce is seeking an established Manufacturing Engineering leader to join the Civil Manufacturing Operations Central Team in Derby. You will influence manufacturing strategy, justify investments, and shape cross‑business priorities at Civil level, guiding technology deployment and transformation initiatives.

You will lead governance for MUSIC and related programmes, ensure benefits are realised, and align multiple manufacturing units to sustainable value across the Civil organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant Manufacturing Engineering leadership experience in a complex industrial environment.
• Experience leading teams and delivering results in an operational manufacturing setting.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and align multiple businesses.

Responsabilités

• Influence Civil-wide manufacturing strategy and investment priorities.
• Lead development of Manufacturing Engineering business cases with technical and commercial considerations.
• Bring multiple units into alignment and foster common approaches across environments.
• Identify and develop opportunities to reduce costs through technology deployment and innovation.
• Lead governance for MUSIC and other strategic programmes with risk/b dependency management.
• Scale successful technologies across Manufacturing Business Units to maximise enterprise value.
