Job summary

Peel Ports Group in Liverpool is seeking a Weighbridge/SCADA Controller on a fixed-term basis to support Bulk Terminals operations. You will manage the traffic system, operate the SCADA and ensure accurate weighing of vehicles while maintaining safety and compliance.

You will collaborate with engineers, operatives and team leaders to discharge vessels, coordinate storage activities and support efficient movement of products. Strong IT skills and customer service excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a weighbridge in an operational environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Good IT skills with knowledge of multiple software packages.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the traffic management system and ensure safe operation.
• Operate the SCADA system safely and efficiently; process tickets.
• Weigh vehicles entering and leaving the site accurately.
• Coordinate with engineers, operatives and team leaders to discharge vessels and manage storage activities.
