Job summary

Peel Ports Group in Liverpool is seeking a Weighbridge/SCADA Controller on a fixed-term contract to maintain the traffic management system, supervise weighbridge operations and ensure safe, accurate vehicle weighing.

You will collaborate with engineers and team leaders to coordinate bulk terminal activities, respond to changes quickly, and use IT systems including Microsoft Office to input data and generate tickets.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with IT systems and software packages, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the traffic management system and ensure the safe operation of the site.
• Operate the SCADA system and ensure tickets are processed accurately.
• Weigh vehicles entering and leaving the site with safety and compliance.
• Communicate with engineers, operatives and team leaders to coordinate activities.
• Assist with vessel discharge coordination and storage activities; support safe product movements.
